Full-Time LPN 3pm-11pm NO WEEKENDS! | Ashton Commons

Position Summary:

Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 3pm-11pm shift, with no weekend work . In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor and document residents' conditions and vital signs Provide nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident education Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of employment Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related nursing setting preferred Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and teamwork skills
