Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center , a long-term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team!
Full Time & Part Time Schedules Available Shifts:
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am Great shift for those in school themselves or those looking to help their children with homeschooling!

Referral Bonus Program Easily accessible via public transportation from Central Philadelphia Broad Street Line to Bus 55 from Trenton West Trenton Line to Bus 55 Drops you off at Easton Rd & Fitzwatertown Rd Employee appreciation activities The most successful candidate for this position: Has at least 6 months experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting New grads allowed (however must be willing to take up a full-time position) Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members The responsibilities & duties: In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents

License:
