We're looking for a reliable, warm, detail-oriented LPN who can support clinical flow, keep the front desk running smoothly, and help us stay consistent on social media.

Role SummaryThis is a hybrid role supporting: Clinical/aesthetic services support (within LPN scope + training) Front desk + client experience Content capture + light social media execution You'll be a key part of keeping the day organized, clients cared for, and the brand showing up consistently.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical / Aesthetics Support (training provided) Room set-up/turnover, sanitation, and supply stocking (infection control standards) Assist provider flow: prepping rooms, pulling charts, confirming consents, before/after photo support (per policy) Support pre
  • and post-care education using approved scripts/handouts Support retail/product education and checkout recommendations (Revision, etc.
) Monitor client comfort and communicate concerns to the provider immediately Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and back-bar inventory
Note:
Specific clinical tasks will align with Minnesota LPN scope of practice and your training/competency sign-offs. Front Desk / Client Experience Warmly greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and keep the day running on time Answer phones/texts, schedule and confirm appointments, handle reschedules and waitlist Collect payments, process gift cards, and communicate policies (no-show, deposits, etc.) Keep client notes organized and accurate in BLVD Help resolve minor client issues with empathy; escalate appropriately when needed Social Media (execution + consistency) Capture content weekly: short videos, before/after (with consent), behind-the-scenes, treatment highlights Create and post IG/FB Stories consistently (daily or near-daily) Support simple Reels/TikToks (filming + basic edits using templates; trending audio optional) Follow brand voice: approachable, expert, non-clinical, confidence-forward Track what's posted and flag content ideas/promos to the team What Success Looks Like (first 60-90 days) Clients consistently feel welcomed, cared for, and clearly guided Front desk is organized: fewer scheduling errors, smoother days, clean notes Treatment rooms stay stocked and ready without last-minute scrambling Social content becomes consistent and easy (not perfect—just steady) Qualifications Current LPN license (Minnesota) in good standing Strong communication skills (in-person + phone + text) Comfortable with multitasking and staying calm during busy days Tech-friendly (scheduling systems, basic apps, Canva/CapCut a plus) Professional, reliable, and aligned with client privacy/HIPAA standards Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, plastics, or wellness Sales/retail confidence (skincare recommendations) On-camera comfort (or willingness to learn) Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay based on experience)
