JOB DESCRIPTION A
Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Duties may include taking vital signs, performing assessments, administering medications, caring for wounds, and overseeing patient treatment plans. Main objective is to assure safety and physical comfort of the residents are met as well as the patient's emotional needs.
QUALIFICATIONS A
current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state is required Valid CPR certification IND123
