LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Make a Difference Every Day at Pawtucket Falls We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of nursing professionals at Pawtucket Falls Health Care in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. As an LPN at Pawtucket Falls, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. Our comprehensive senior living community provides rehabilitation services, long-term care, and a warm and inviting atmosphere - all centered around putting our residents first. About the Role As an LPN, you'll: Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience Requirements Current LPN licensure in the state of Rhode Island 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome!)
