  • 29/hour Up to $5/hour shift differential Flexible PRN scheduling PRN opportunities across our network of facilities Career advancement opportunities throughout South Carolina Supportive, team-oriented culture Position Summary As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide skilled nursing care on an as-needed basis while supporting residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fountain Inn Post Acute?
