  • 33/hour + Up to $8/hr Shift Diff | 12-Hour Shifts About Us Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina.
Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style units (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We offer a highly organized, team-focused environment with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this a great place for nurses who value support, structure, and quality care.

(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement for career growth On-site managers available 24/7 Organized, structured work environment PRN opportunities across our South Carolina network Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care and support residents within our cottage-style units, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassion for an underserved population Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required) Why Join Brushy Creek Post Acute?
