  • 33/hour + Up to $8/hr Shift Diff | PRN | 12-Hour Shifts About Us Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina.
Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, along with gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. We provide a structured, supportive environment with on-site leadership available 24/7, making this an excellent place for nurses who value teamwork, accessibility, and organization.

  • 33/hour Shift differentials up to $8/hour 12-hour shifts Flexible PRN scheduling On-site managers available 24/7 + on-call support Organized, well-managed work environment PRN opportunities across our South Carolina network Supportive and team-focused culture Position Summary As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care on an as-needed basis, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care within our cottage-style model.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassion for an underserved population Ability to remain physically active throughout shift (walking between cottages required) Why Join Brushy Creek Post Acute?
