Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. This position involves passing medication and completing assessments and treatments, as well as documenting the provision of these services and occasionally participating in ADL care or assisting the nursing assistants. The ideal candidate would have long term care experience, a positive attitude and bedside manner, and a love for working with people. Must posess a valid LPN license in the state of NC or a compact license that allows you to practice in NC.
