Job Description

Compensation Base rate starting: $27.25
  • $36.
50/hr based on experience. Recruiting & Retention Bonus up to $1,200. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family! Below is a picture of the impact LPNs have and what being a difference maker looks like! Responsible for caring for residents in our Skilled Nursing Neighborhood.
LPNs duties include:
medication management, documentation, and ensuring residents' needs are being met. This position also interacts with resident family members and provides updates to their loved ones as their condition changes. Nurses are not alone, working alongside several nursing assistants while supervising their day-to-day activities.
