  • 111 S Congress Street, York, SC 29745 We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join or weekend team who's flexible, dependable, and passionate about quality care.
You'll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day.
