1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN/LVN for a 4-week assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 2+ years of experience and PCC (PointClickCare) charting experience. Details Work in a 42-bed long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) in a post-acute care setting Patient population includes long-term care residents with a mix of memory care, dementia, and orthopedic conditions; no current behavioral risks Nurse-to-patient ratio is 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse during nights Charting is performed using PointClickCare (PCC) Scheduled for evening and night shifts with 8-hour or 12-hour shift options; primarily 6:00 PM-6:30 AM Every other weekend coverage required Every other holiday coverage required No on-call or call-back shifts available Requirements Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must be active and not pending at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required; no exceptions Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications must be provided (pending certifications not accepted) LTC/SNF experience strongly applicable given the care setting PointClickCare (PCC) EMR experience applicable to this role Valid driver's license required for consideration 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Nursys verification required for LPN candidates Additional Information Brief facility orientation of approximately 2-4 hours covers building layout and lift equipment; no formal orientation hours are included Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are eligible at a local pay rate Weekend and holiday rotation is required every other occurrence
