Face-paced Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
  • Obtain and document patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
  • Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care as needed
Qualifications:
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of South Dakota.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience in medication administration and dosage calculations
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Acute Care or Clinic Setting is a plus
