Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff by providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. This position requires a strong understanding of primary care including chronic diseases, medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities LPN/Medical Assistant Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Measure and record vital signs Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining medical histories and explaining procedures Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health systems. Provide medical administrative support including scheduling appointments and assisting with referrals and prior authorizations. Experience Previous experience as a LPN/Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role is recommended, with preference given to those with experience working in a primary care setting. Familiarity with medical terminology Knowledge of outpatient care practices Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members Strong desire to learn and work as a team player. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
