Experienced Medical Assistant or LPN - Plastic Surgery Practice

This is not an entry-level role and not suitable for new or recently graduated Medical Assistants. We are a boutique plastic surgery practice with our own on-site surgical suites, seeking an experienced, certified Medical Assistant or LPN to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in patient care, understands clinic and surgical operations, and can work independently with strong self-management skills. Position Overview This role includes both clinic and surgical recovery responsibilities. You will work closely with the nurse and physician to keep clinic days and surgical days running smoothly and efficiently. Clinic Responsibilities Assist the nurse in running clinic Scribe for the physician during consultations and follow-up visits Take patient weights and vital signs Capture, label, and organize pre- and post-operative photos Assist with post-op and follow-up appointments Help manage clinic flow and daily operations Surgical & Recovery Responsibilities Recover patients after surgery Monitor and document vital signs Assist patients with dressing in post-operative garments Escort patients to and from the restroom Turn over the operating room between cases Clean and prepare OR and recovery areas between patients Required Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Strong prior MA or LPN experience required (plastic surgery or surgical experience strongly preferred) Proven patient care experience Med surg or transport experience Operational and clinic workflow experience Able to work independently and anticipate needs Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and self-management skills Positive attitude, hustle, and a can-do mindset Must be able to pass a background check Our Culture We are a positive-vibes clinic that works hard, moves fast, and supports each other. Schedule:

Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
