What truly sets us apart is our team of knowledgeable and compassionate clinicians and staff. You MaxWell Clinic is looking for a full-time Clinic Nurse (RN or LPN) (Monday-Friday) to join our team. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about healthcare, patient-centered care, and functional medicine. We are seeking someone who is quick to learn, skilled at critical thinking, and capable of solving problems on their feet to provide exceptional care. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to deliver efficient, compassionate support that helps patients thrive. Proficiency in venipuncture and IV administration. Job Duties Perform clinical duties such as measuring and recording vital signs, administering injections, starting IVs, and performing venipuncture. Conduct and document procedures, including EKG, BIA, HRV, and Glycocheck (on-the-job training provided). Prepare and maintain exam rooms to ensure a safe and clean environment. Provide patient care coordination in person, over the phone, and via portal messaging to ensure a seamless patient experience. Collaborate with the entire MaxWell team to optimize and deliver an AMAZING patient experience. Understand and confidently communicate MaxWell Clinic's services to patients. Assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and other administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency. Document and communicate effectively with patients and staff using the clinic's EMR system. Education and Experience Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license. Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting. Experience with functional medicine or wellness-focused care is a plus. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred. Benefits (waiting period may apply) Competitive wages.
