About the Role We're seeking a Full-Time RN/LPN IV and Plasma Exchange Nurse (Monday-Friday) with a strong passion for patient-centered healthcare. You Have:

A genuine love for helping people and a commitment to performing at the highest standard A warm, compassionate, and proactive approach to patient care Passion for wellness and functional medicine, with a 'can-do' attitude Strong active listening and empathy, with an innate ability to problem-solve Outstanding IV insertion and venipuncture skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Meticulous organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Eagerness to learn and adaptability to new challenges Ability to work independently or as part of a team Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (preferred but not required) Key Responsibilities Perform IV access and venipuncture with precision Set up and conduct apheresis procedures with accuracy and confidence Deliver compassionate patient care and thorough documentation with high attention to detail Engage with patients in person, by phone, and via messaging, ensuring seamless communication and care Coordinate patient inquiries and provide efficient, organized support for patient needs Complete administrative tasks, including patient scheduling and follow-ups Work closely with the MaxWell team to deliver a top-tier, holistic patient experience Clearly communicate MaxWell Clinic's comprehensive service offerings Document and communicate effectively within the EMR system Qualifications Active RN or LPN license 2+ years of nursing experience, ideally within a hospital or apheresis center, with strong references EMR experience (preferred but not required)
