Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a dedication to patient care, and experience working in diverse healthcare settings. As an LPN at Euro Med Spa, you will provide essential nursing support, assist with patient assessments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care within our medical spa environment. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments including vital signs, medical history intake, and physical examinations to support treatment planning. Administer injections, medications, and IV infusions following proper protocols and safety standards. Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, sterile processing, and minor surgical interventions like suturing or dermal fillers. Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Support patient education on post-treatment care, medication administration, and health coaching to promote optimal outcomes. Monitor patients' conditions during treatments such as laser therapy or pain management procedures, including ICU or Level II trauma center experience if applicable. Ensure infection control practices are followed diligently to maintain a sterile environment in all clinical areas. Skills Proven experience with Epic EMR systems or similar electronic documentation platforms. Strong background in critical care, emergency medicine, or hospital settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers. Knowledge of complex nursing procedures including IV insertion, venipuncture, catheter care, and tube feeding. Familiarity with medical terminology related to geriatrics, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and memory care. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations accurately. Proficiency in infection control protocols and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining safety standards.
