LPN or Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) Tennessee Valley Urology Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and patient-focused LPN or AAMA Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated healthcare professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Position Responsibilities Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Providing the highest quality care to patients and their families Patient triage and clinical assessment Assisting physicians with routine office visits and surgical procedures Patient education and follow-up care Coordination of care with other providers and healthcare facilities Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in a medical office setting Strong communication skills with patients, providers, coworkers, and the healthcare community Professionalism, compassion, punctuality, and organization Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff Thorough knowledge of clinical policies and procedures, including: Instrument and equipment sterilization Preparing and maintaining a sterile field Phlebotomy Medication administration Wound care Suture removal What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Supportive and team-oriented work environment Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM If you feel you meet these qualifications and would like to become part of our team, we invite you to submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
