What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and state regulations Monitor and document resident condition changes, notifying RN/physician as needed Supervise and support CNAs in delivering resident care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
What You'll Need:
