Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NHC HealthCare Columbia | Columbia, Tennessee Employment Type Full Time Schedule Day Shift Pay Depends on Experience Sign-On Bonus $10,000 Join Our Team at NHC HealthCare Columbia NHC HealthCare Columbia is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team on day shift. As an RN or LPN, you will play an important role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting positive outcomes for our patients and residents. Position Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.
- Assess patient and resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the scope of practice.
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, NHC policies, and professional nursing standards.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment. Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification as required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
