JOB SUMMARY

Delivers nursing care to patients as ordered by the physician/provider or practice clinical supervisor. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Current and valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse Tennessee Required Completed Course or Program in / as Practical Nursing Preferred 1 Year Clinical Nursing Experience Preferred
