Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing nursing care utilizing the nursing process within an assigned unit; observes, assesses, treats and cares for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process. Oversees the work of non-licensed personnel. Employee will be expected to float to Med/Surg departments throughout the hospital as deemed necessary by Nursing Supervisor.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of

Nursing Certification & Licensures:

Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse license Required IV Qualified required for

LPN Experience:

1 to 3 years experience preferred 1+ Acute experience required for PRN New Nursing graduates welcome for full-time only

PRN, Days, 7am-7pm
