- Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident wellness initiatives
- Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life What We're Looking For
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred
