We are a small, faith-based ministry operating a 14-bed residential hospice house dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified end-of-life care. Our team is committed to supporting not only our patients, but also their families during one of life's most meaningful transitions.

Position Summary:

We are seeking caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are comfortable working closely with patients and their families as they navigate the end-of-life stage. This role is ideal for individuals who value holistic, patient-centered care and want to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Schedule & Availability:

8-hour shifts o FT 7a-3p RN

• rotating weekends and all holidays o FT 7a-3p LPN
• rotating weekends and all holidays o FT 3p-11p LPN
• rotating weekends and all holidays (2) o FT 11p-7a LPN
• rotating weekends and all holidays

Compensation:

$25

• 30 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to hospice patients Support patients and families emotionally, spiritually, and physically Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comfort-focused care Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Current LPN or RN license (state-specific) Experience in hospice, palliative care, or long-term care preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with end-of-life care and supporting families during the dying process Ability to work collaboratively in a small, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
