Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day/night shifts. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care and building trusting relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members. Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and other activities of daily living for patients. Maintain accurate patient records, including observations and interventions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to foster a safe and supportive care environment. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in [Tennessee]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
