7pm-7am County Benefits Generous vacation and sick time benefits Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs. Document patient care activities in Point Click Care. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and treatment plans. Display professionalism and customer service. Attend educational in-service programs. Assist with daily living activities and answering call lights as needed. Provide wound care as needed. Follow infection control protocols. Document in resident's chart pertinent information about significant change in resident's condition, two week summaries, and quarterly summaries. Other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or designee. Requirements Valid LPN license in Tennessee. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Proficient in medication administration and patient assessment techniques.
