Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Nights ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center | A bilene, TX Posted by Vibra Travels Permanent Staffing Vibra Travels Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join the full-time night shift team at ContinueCARE Hospital at Hendrick Medical Center — a leading Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) dedicated to caring for medically complex patients. This is a permanent, full-time position — not travel or contract — with recent hospital experience required. About the Role As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. You'll play a key role in helping patients achieve optimal recovery while gaining valuable clinical experience in an LTACH environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care under supervision of RN or physician Conduct assessments and document observations and interventions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and report significant changes Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers Participate in collaborative care planning Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Maintain accurate records in electronic health records (EHR) Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards Qualifications ✅ Active LVN license in Texas ✅ Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience required ✅ Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) ✅ Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment ✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment ✅ Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Why Work With Us? ✨ Competitive pay & benefits ✨ Supportive team environment ✨ Opportunities for professional growth ✨ Join a mission-driven hospital team providing life-changing care
