You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to a male patient.
Responsibilities:
Under direction of RN, administer skilled nursing care for GT patient. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members and other third party payer. Promote agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.Qualifications:
Graduated an accredited school of vocational nursing. Have a Texas State License as a LVN. Pass background check. Is certified in CPR and has current TB test. Able to lift up to 60lbs-90lbs.Pay:
