Schedule:

5:45a•2:15p, 1:45p•10:15p, and 9:45p to 6:15a (Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs; 40-hours/week; Every other weekend off)

Contract Length:

6 months

Requirements:

Minimum one year of LPN experience. Psych experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager. Administer medications and treatments, and provide medication education to patients. Complete timely, accurate documentation and required computer data entry. Follow facility policies and standard operating procedures to support compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards.
