RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry - Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, Policy and Directives and Standards, Rules and Directives. currently has 6 openings for LVN/LPNs with a 6-month commitment for 40 hours per week. Working 8-hour shifts and 3 weekends out of the month. We are currently looking to fill 6 openings on various shifts. All nurses are entitled to a 30-minute break during their 8-hour shift. Nurses will be expected to attend EVERY day of New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education Monday-Friday 8a-5p for approximately 4½-5 weeks. Attendance and punctuality is imperative during the orientation period. LVN/LPNs must have a current unencumbered nursing license, pass a background check, and drug screening.
