Only Love Home Care is hiring a caring and dependable LVN to join our Skilled Nursing team on a Part-Time / PRN basis . This flexible role is ideal for nurses looking to work around family or school schedules and earn additional income. You'll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes with a focus on safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing visits including wound care, Infusions, GT care, diabetic management, tracheostomy care, and medication administration under the supervision of an RN. Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition to supervising nurse or physician. Accurately document all care in the EMR system (KanTime experience preferred). Educate patients and caregivers on proper care techniques and health maintenance. Communicate and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, consistent care.

Qualifications:

Active LVN license in the state of Texas. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience a plus. Skilled in wound care, IV infusions, and chronic condition management. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and time management skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
