Custom Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses) for a assisted living center in Carlsbad, TX!

LVN Job Details:

Contract:

Months Assisted Living Center Setting Shift :

4pm-12am with every third weekend off

Hours:

40 hour/week

No Overtime Pay Rate:

$36.84/

Hr Start Date:

10/1/26

LVN Duties:

Administers medications and treatments orally, rectally, internally, or by injection . Performs technical Nursing procedures according to facility and state regulations after demonstration for competency Documents and reports pertinent observations. Collects specimens for laboratory examination and conducts appropriate screening tests (after competency is documented) when requested by lab personnel. Manages individual's medical record in Electronic Health Record or paper chart.

LVN Requirements:

Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN) BLS 1 year experience required, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care LVN Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Psych preferred Apply today for immediate consideration!
