The role involves delivering and coordinating quality patient care, assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, updating care plans, and implementing appropriate nursing actions to achieve positive outcomes. The nurse will educate patients and families, adhere to infection control standards, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, TB test within 12 months, and reliable transportation. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred.
Skills:
Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, organization, and effective communication. Physical ability to lift and reposition patients, and work in diverse environments.

Observe and report patient status, document care activities, participate in care planning, educate patients, and maintain safety and confidentiality standards.
