Licensed Vocational Nurse Crosbyton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Join Our Team and Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Residents We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Crosbyton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an LVN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our residents while being part of a collaborative and supportive work environment. About the
Role:
As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality care and patient satisfaction. You will also be responsible for performing vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting any changes or concerns to the DON/ADON/Doctor You will be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medications administered.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor patient conditions, perform vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to theDON/ADON/Doctor Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medications administered. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve patient satisfaction and quality care.
Requirements:
Current LVN license in the state of Texas. Graduate of an accredited LVN program. Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients and equipment as needed. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
