Join CAREonsite as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Occupational Health & Disability Management!
CAREonsite , a division of Tang & Company , provides occupational medical services nationwide . We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with at least two years of clinical experience and strong administrative, computer, and Microsoft Office skills . This position manages the first aid station with minimal supervision , coordinates on-site clinic services , and supports disability case management while working closely with the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager . Training in occupational health programs , including respiratory exams, hearing conservation, drug and alcohol testing, and surveillance physicals , will be provided.

What You'll Do:
Disability Case Management
  • Support Third-Party Administrators (TPA) in managing disability cases, fitness-for-duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations. Employee Support
  • Assist employees in returning to work after an illness or injury and support absence control programs. Collaboration
  • Work with local HR and supervisors on disability case management. Occupational Physician Support
  • Assist with the fitness-for-duty (FFD) process and occupational health programs.
What We're Looking For:
Current LVN license in the state of practice. Certification from an accredited school. 1+ year of clinical experience (preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. IV Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or completion of a refresher course. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation (preferred). Experience in occupational health or injury/illness case management (preferred).
