$29- 31 / hour
What You'll Do:
Disability Case Management- Support Third-Party Administrators (TPA) in managing disability cases, fitness-for-duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations. Employee Support
- Assist employees in returning to work after an illness or injury and support absence control programs. Collaboration
- Work with local HR and supervisors on disability case management. Occupational Physician Support
- Assist with the fitness-for-duty (FFD) process and occupational health programs.
What We're Looking For:
Current LVN license in the state of practice. Certification from an accredited school. 1+ year of clinical experience (preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. IV Blood Draw Certification with recent experience or completion of a refresher course. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation (preferred). Experience in occupational health or injury/illness case management (preferred).
