Floresville Job Summary:

Join our team at Harmony Care at Floresville, a long-term care facility committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced License Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work part-time, full-time, or per diem on our Night Shift (12 hrs). As an LVN with our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Administer and record medications and treatments Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Valid LVN license in the state of Texas CPR certification Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
