Licensed Vocational Nurse Substance Abuse Treatment

Overview We are hiring dedicated LVNs to join a residential behavioral health program focused on adult substance-use recovery. Ideal for nurses passionate about holistic care and long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities Support RNs and providers with detox and rehab care plans. Monitor patients for withdrawal symptoms and vital sign changes. Administer medications and document per policy and regulations. Assist with intake assessments and care coordination. Encourage patients through education and therapeutic communication. Qualifications Active Texas LVN license. Current BLS certification. At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferably in behavioral health, rehab, or detox setting). Strong teamwork skills and empathy for patients in recovery. Schedule & Benefits Full-time Evening or Night shifts (8 or 12-hour options). Pay $29 to $34/hr DOE plus shift differentials.
