Job Description

Overview We are seeking an LVN to join our growing, physician-owned interventional pain practice that prioritizes high-quality patient care and strong provider collaboration within a supportive, direct-care focused environment. Unlike hospital-based roles, this position offers a predictable schedule with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, or call responsibilities allowing for an exceptional work-life balance while remaining actively engaged in patient care and clinical operations. This role is best suited for individuals that take initiative and work well independently with minimal supervision. This role requires being comfortable developing and working directly with Admin and Physicians to maximize efficiencies, workflows, and patient care within a low bureaucracy work setting. You will collaborate directly with physicians and other providers in both clinic and procedural settings, supporting interventional pain procedures within our out-patient surgery area in Recovery, and light supervision of small clinical support staff. IV administration PACU (2 days per week) Coordinate and facilitate complex procedures such as Spinal Cord Stimulator trials, intrathecal pump management, and a variety of spine and join injections. Maintain detailed EMR accurately and timely. Ensure coordination for diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory testing, medical imaging, and other external referrals to support comprehensive patient care. Assistance in the OR for procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Provide training and supervision for nursing staff on new procedures or EMR/EHR system updates; foster a team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth. Proven experience as a LVN with a strong background in PACU, project management, and/or outpatient surgery is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous nurse management or supervisory roles overseeing multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as eClinical Works. Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to perform thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively. Strong understanding of infection control practices, medication administration protocols including injections and phlebotomy procedures. Ability to manage complex cases involving acute pain management or chronic conditions is highly desirable. $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
