Helping Hands LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing services to patients in Baytown and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes Monitor and document patient condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Coordinate care with RN, physicians, and therapy team Educate patients and families on disease management Complete accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
Active Texas LVN license (in good standing) Home Health experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare guidelines preferred Strong documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Current CPR certification
