Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Lubbock, TX | Guaranteed 32 Hours Weekly Are you a compassionate LVN looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference? Join a dedicated healthcare team providing specialized care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Position Highlights ✅ Guaranteed 32 Hours Per Week ✅ Stable Schedule ✅ Comprehensive Training Provided ✅ Opportunity to Expand Clinical Skills ✅ Meaningful, Patient-Centered Work Schedule Training Period (First 5 Weeks) Monday
  • Friday 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Regular Schedule 2:00 PM
  • 10:00
PM OR Weekend Double Shifts:
2:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM Every other weekend required Rotating schedule based on patient care needs Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care Monitor and document patient conditions accurately Perform electronic charting and documentation Assist with specialized clinical care and daily nursing needs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams Promote patient comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being Qualifications Active Texas LVN License Current CPR Certification Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Experience with: Gastrostomy Tubes (G-Tubes) Enteral Feedings Foley Catheter Care Tracheostomy Care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Developmental Disability Services Behavioral Health Correctional Nursing Home Health Why Join Us?
