Job Description

Job Title:

LVN/LPN Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.

Requirements:

LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON. Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders. Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shifts Offered:

8 hour shifts offered Monday-Friday, 12 hour shifts, and Weekend Double Baylor 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 7am-7pm and Weekends 16 hours $2500 sign-on bonus for full-time, qualified applicants

INDNUR Shift:

8 and 12 hour shifts

Compensation:

$23-$25/hr. (.20 per year up to 10 years' experience) and

Weekend Baylor Pay Additional Details :

2p-10p: $1.00/hr.
