We are a fast-paced and growing medical spa dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and aesthetic services. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in patient interactions, and committed to delivering outstanding results and experiences. Responsibilities Conduct patient intake and review medical history Obtain and document vital signs Assist with patient consultations and treatment planning under provider supervision Administer aesthetic treatments as delegated and permitted under Texas law and clinic protocols, including: Neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Letybo, etc.) Dermal filler treatments Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, and aftercare instructions Assist with weight loss program visits and follow-up appointments Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness standards Manage inventory and restock medical supplies as needed Coordinate consent forms and ensure all required paperwork is completed Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Collect and document payments according to clinic protocols Answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service Support scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications Qualifications Current Texas LVN license in good standing Previous experience in aesthetics or cosmetic injectables preferred Certification or hands-on training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety principles Excellent customer service and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
