Dalby Unit Contract:
Ongoing Shift:
12-hour day shift
Schedule:
4 on / 4 off rotation (alternating 36/48-hour weeks)
Pay:
$38+/hour, depending on experience
Assignment Highlights:
Ongoing assignment with consistent hours and long-term placement Structured schedule supporting strong work-life balance Collaborative and supportive clinical environment Unique opportunity to work in a correctional care setting Travel stipends available for those commuting 50+ miles
Minimum Qualifications:
Active TX or compact LVN license 1+ year of LVN experience
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under RN or physician supervision Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols Conduct intake screenings and assist with routine and emergency assessments Support patients with chronic, acute, and mental health needs Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support
