What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Pick up available per diem shifts at facilities in your local area.
- Provide nursing care, treatments, and services according to patient care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LVN scope of practice.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable Texas regulations.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current, active, and unrestricted Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license or a license recognized for practice in Texas.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification .
