Job Description

Performs the function of a LVN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all assigned patient care under the direction of a RN. Is accountable for all patient care provided. Is responsible for adhering to all standards or nursing practice. Cares for patients in all age groups. Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing with current license with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners. Maintain current license with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Certifications that may be required depending on department: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPR
