Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated LVN to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various medical settings.
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care in accordance with medical orders and nursing standards.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Assist in emergency medical situations and provide support during procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Texas.
- Proven experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR certification is required.
