• As an Evening Shift LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and medicalconditions
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance to residents
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of patient care
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
