Requirements Valid LVN license in good standing with the state licensing board. Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or Level I trauma centers is highly desirable. Strong background working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia care, memory care, or hospice settings. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate medical documentation. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and CPT coding for procedures. Experience performing patient assessments, vital signs measurement, specimen collection/processing, and medication administration. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as emergency rooms or urgent care clinics while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients/families on treatment plans.
