Position Overview:

As an LPN with StaffHealth, you will provide high-quality care in a memory care setting, working alongside experienced clinical teams to support residents and ensure excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in a memory care environment Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and document patient conditions and responses Collaborate with RNs and care teams on patient plans Assist with daily care needs and clinical procedures

Requirements:

Active LPN License (Required)
